Subana will process and ship your order within 1-3 business days. If your order has not yet been dispatched, you can contact us requesting a cancellation. However, if the order is already marked as dispatched, we unfortunately cannot cancel the order. Please include your order number and name when requesting a cancellation.

You can return an item to Subana within 28 days of purchase. The item must be be unused and sealed in order to qualify for a return. To request a return, please contact us, including your order number and name, and we will send you a free shipping label.

If an item has already been despatched when you cancel the order, we shall process the refund when the item has been returned. Refuse to sign for the parcel when it arrives, and Royal Mail will send it back to us at no cost to you.

We use Royal Mail 48 hour for our smaller packages, and Hermes tracked for our larger ones.

Yes, our packaging is completely discreet. We never declare our company name or the contents inside to couriers. Our outer packagings are plain brown boxes, tubes and jiffy bags (depending on what you order). There is no way that anyone can identify Subana as the sender of the parcel.

The majority of BDSM sex toys and accessories are made with unsustainable materials, such as plastic. Although plastic is recyclable, it is fairly uncommon for owners of sex toys to recycle their items in local curb-side recycling, due to the taboo of owning sex toys (we're working to change this!)

What's more, even if owners do send their used toys to recycling facilities, only a very small handful of toys will actually be recycled. For instance, it is near impossible for local facilities to disassemble and correctly recycle electrical toys such as vibrators, due to their mixed materials and intricate assemblement. This unfortunately means that many are sent to landfill.

Subana do not sell electrical toys and we aim to reduce mixing materials within one item. We also strive to ensure that our products are high quality and long lasting, meaning you will have the item for much longer, lowering the need to dispose or replace them over time.

Finally, we are a 100% vegan company and vegan founded. This is so we do not contribute to the demand for animal products such as leather. Animal agriculture is known as a major producer of greenhouse gas emissions, equivalent to 14.5% of global emissions.
