Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Unfortunately, we can't accept returns for sex toys (dildos and butt plugs) due to their intimate nature. However, if you are unhappy with your item or have any questions, please contact us at hello@subana.co.uk, we'll be happy to help.

For UK orders, a small fee of £2.99 will be deducted from your overall refund to cover the cost of postage fees, as our outward shipping is free for our UK customers.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure your item is in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of postage.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@subana.co.uk with your order number or name, you will then receive a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
